BILLING.EDU - this information system was created in order to digitize and transparent the accounting of student payment-contract processes, rent and scholarship payments, local assistance funds in higher education institutions.
Goals and objectives
BILLING.EDU the main goal of the information system is to create an online contract for students and make online payments, ensure transparency and automation in all financial processes, and effectively manage the financial activities of educational institutions.

Maintaining financial settlements with students : automated calculation of payment-contract, scholarship, indebtedness and refunded payments. Acceptance of payments online: fast and secure payments through integration with banking systems, payment portals (Click, Payme, etc.). Automatic reporting and monitoring : real-time reports on financial movements, statistical analysis and monitoring capability. Personal cabinet: ease of management through separate functional cabinets for student, accountant and management. Working with electronic documents: creating and maintaining contracts, payment letters and other documents in digital form. Security and Data Protection: secure storage of user data, authentication, and legal-based processing.
